Οδηγίες Χρήσης:

Αναμίξτε μία μερίδα = 2 μεζούρες (περιέχεται στη συσκευασία) με 400 ml νερού.

Πάρτε μία μερίδα 15 λεπτά πριν την προπόνηση ή κατά τη διάρκεια της προπόνησης. Στις μέρες ανάπαυσης πάρτε μία μερίδα ανάμεσα σε δύο γεύματα.

Additional essential amino acids

In addition to the BCAA content the product also contains all the other essential amino acids as well as glutamine.

A single serving contains 50% of the essential amino acid requirement of an adult (80kg) in accordance with the WHO recommendation. DIRECTIONS :

Mix 1 serving of powder (14 g = 2 heaping measuring spoons = 1 heaping tablespoon) with 400 ml water. Take one serving 15 minutes before workout or during workout. On rest days take one serving between two meals.
