Οδηγίες χρήσης:
Αναμίξτε ένα δοσομετρητή 28g από τη σκόνη με 250ml νερό ή ημίπαχο γάλα. Τις μέρες προπόνησης παίρνετε το λιγότερο δύο δόσεις ημερησίως, μια δόση 30 λεπτά μετά την προπόνηση και την άλλη ανάμεσα στα γεύματα. Για καλύτερα αποτελέσματα, χρησιμοποιείστε blender ή shaker.

Directions:
